Refund Policy — Uther Pharmaceutical

Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, we accept returns/refunds only in specific cases.

Refunds are accepted if:

✅ You received the wrong item
✅ The item arrived damaged (must be reported within 48 hours with clear photos)
✅ The shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier

Refunds are not accepted for:

• change of mind

• incorrect ordering by customer

• improper storage after delivery

Damaged Items

If your order arrived damaged, email support@utherpharmaceutical.eu within 48 hours of delivery with:

• order number

• photos of external packaging

• photos of internal packaging

• photos of damaged item
  
  

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–10 business days, depending on the payment method.
